The La Roche Baseball team is coming off it's deepest NCAA Tournament run in school history and the Redhawks are again being rewarded for their terrific individual performances. Starting pitchers Tyler Ferguson and Tanner Wilt were named to the Mideast All-Region teams and Chase Rowe is the Mideast Region Coach of the Year.
Ferguson is an All-Region First Teamer for the second straight year. He led the AMCC with a 0.32 ERA, while also ranking third in strikeouts (33) and fourth in strikeouts per game (10.61). He led the AMCC with four conference wins and nine overall, and gave up just one earned run against AMCC opponents. He threw two complete games in the NCAA Regional Tournament and finishes his career as the school's all-time leader in wins and strikeouts.
Wilt makes the All-Region Third Team after finishing the year with a 4-1 record, a 1.91 ERA and 63 strikeouts. He ranked second in the AMCC with a 0.72 ERA and seventh in the nation at 12.06 strike outs per game.
