PITTSBURGH, PA – The La Roche men's basketball team enjoyed another successful senior day picking up an important 82-78 victory over Medaille on Saturday. Seniors Torin Smith and Jared Richardson were honored prior to the game.

The Redhawks ended one of the most fast paced first halves of the season on a 7-0 run. A RayQuan Phifer three-point play highlighted the half with Evan Bonnaure pulling down a rebound and hitting Phifer cross court with just two seconds left. La Roche dominated the boards outrebounding Medaille 25-16 but the Mavericks were stellar in the open court limiting their turnovers to just four.
