ERIE, PA -- La Roche Men's Soccer (6-13-1) lost to Penn State Behrend (14-2-3) 5-0 in the AMCC Conference Tournament Semifinals.

Berhend midfielder Lance Sabol scored less than a minute into the contest to give the host Lions a 1-0 lead. Forward Jake Gamble scored eight minutes later for a 2-0 lead.

The Redhawks kept it close for the remainder of the half until an own goal made it 3-0. Behrend added two more late to put the game out of reach.

Freshmen Tyler Irwin and Chad Trozzi each had two shots. Michael Brunozzi and Nick Sabol combined for five saves in the loss.
