DiCicco and Loveland Earn All-AMCC Laurels

PITTSBURGH, Pa. - La Roche baseball had a duo earn All-AMCC distinction, as the conference announced its end of season awards.

SAM DICICCO

DiCicco returned for his final season of eligibility and took over the reigns at second base for the Redhawks, earning his first All-AMCC selection, being named to the Second Team.

Overall he slashed .311/.421/.369 with 32 hits, 26 runs, six doubles, 12 RBI and drew 20 walks (9th AMCC).

He upped his performance in AMCC play, finishing with a slash line of .340/.439/.377, 18 hits, 18 runs, two doubles, five RBI and drew 10 walks (T-7th AMCC).

Defensively, he finished the season with a .940 fielding percentage (79-for-84).

DJ LOVELAND

Loveland concluded his Redhawk career with a solid season, earning his first all-conference honor, being named to the Second Team, alongside DiCicco.

Overall he slashed .321/.403/.358 with 35 hits, 18 runs, 14 RBI and drew nine walks, with 16 stolen bases (4th AMCC).

He upped his performance in AMCC play, finishing with a slash line of .343/.439/.343, 12 hits, six RBI and stole four bases.

Defensively, he finished the season with a 1.000 fielding percentage both overall (94-for-94) and in AMCC play (45-for-45).
