La Roche Men's Basketball Announces 2025-26 Schedule

PITTSBURGH, Pa. - La Roche University men's basketball, led by 12th year head coach, Hermie Carmichael, announced its 2025-26 schedule on Wednesday.

The Redhawks look to regain the throne of the AMCC in 2025-26, after their two-year championship run concluded with a loss in the AMCC Tournament Semifinals.

La Roche's schedule ranges from local opponents, to Ohio, to New York and Texas.

The 2025-26 season opener is also the home opener, slated for Nov. 7 when the Redhawks play host to Carnegie Mellon. It is the first of six non-conference matchups to open the season.

The next four matchups will take place in Ohio, beginning with the Marietta Tournament on Nov. 14-15, followed by contests at Otterbein on Nov. 18 and Muskingum on Nov. 20.

Rounding out the six-game non-conference stretch to open the year is a home matchup against Texas power, Trinity on Nov. 24.

AMCC play begins on Dec. 3 with Penn State Behrend coming to town and is followed by three road conference games at Alfred State (Dec. 6), Carlow (Dec. 10) and Pitt-Bradford (Dec. 13).

Rounding our the 2025 portion of the schedule is a home non-conference clash against Washington & Jefferson on Dec. 19.

The new year begins with the final two non-conference matchups of the season, first at Brockport (N.Y.) on Jan. 3, then a home matchup against Case Western Reserve (Jan. 7).

The remainder of the calendar is all AMCC action, with home matchups against Alfred State, Carlow and Pitt-Bradford, home and away tilts against Pitt-Greensburg, Penn State Altoona, Hilbert and Mt. Aloysius, and a road matchup against Penn State Behrend to round out the season.
