Shane Healey

La Roche second baseman Shane Healey has been named the La Roche Athlete of the Week for the week of April 29, 2013.

Healey hit .462 (12 for 26) and got on base 18 times for La Roche last week. He scored 8 runs, hit in 7 batters, homered, doubled, walked twice, was hit by two pitches, and stole 6 bases.

He is currently ranked first in the AMCC in runs scored (38), first in hits (54), first in stolen bases (22), first in total plate appearances (167), first in at bats (148), second in steal attempts (23), and third in total bases (66).
