Healy Scores Hat Trick in Loss to Albion
GREENVILLE, PA – Crawford Healy netted three goals and Dustin Reykdal scored twice in La Roche Men's Lacrosse's (0-1) 9-6 loss to Albion College (2-0) on Saturday at Thiel College.
Despite the loss, the Redhawks finished with 19 clears on 25 attempts including seven clears by Brad Nylen. La Roche also recorded 33 shots and 28 ground balls.
Healy led all scorers with three goals and an assist and Reykdal added two goals. Jean-Guillaume Thouin scored a goal and recorded two ground balls and Bryce Wells, Brad Nylen, and TJ Leo finished with five ground balls apiece. Eugene LaBorde made 18 saves and two ground balls in the loss.
La Roche Lacrosse returns to action on Wednesday, February 29 when they travel to Messiah College. This is the first meeting between the Redhawks and Messiah.
