The La Roche College Athletic Department is pleased to announce that Sean Doyle has been named head coach of the lacrosse program. Doyle has been with the Redhawks for two years and served as the Interim Head Coach last season. In addition to his role as a coach, Doyle played professionally for the Ohio Machine of the MLL (Major League Lacrosse).

Doyle came to La Roche after playing two seasons at Bellarmine University (Louisville, KY). While at Bellarmine, Doyle earned ECAC Player of the Week honors and was selected as an All-ECAC Second Team performer. He led Bellarmine in points and goals both seasons, and scored 84 career points (64 goals, 16 assists) in just 29 games. Doyle also played two seasons at Herkimer Community College and was named to the All-America Second Team and All-Tournament Team his sophomore season.
