TWO GOAL DEFICIT SINKS REDHAWKS

PITTSBURGH, pa -- La Roche College Men's Soccer (0-5) fell to Berkeley College (NJ) 3-2 in a non-conference game at Redhawks' Field. The visiting Knights scored two early goals before the Redhawks scored two consecutive goals to tie it up late. Shortly before the end of the first half, senior forward Josh Sprague buried a pass from sophomore sweeper Mark D'Uva to get La Roche within one. Defender Tyler Irwin tied it in the 75th minute with his first career goal before Berkeley put it away with a goal of their own in the 85th minute. La Roche Men's Soccer will travel to St. Vincent College on Friday, September 17 at 3:00PM to take on the Bearcats.
