PITTSBURGH, PA -- Kelsey Deem homered twice for the consecutive second game as the Lady Redhawks (10-10, 6-0) swept Hilbert College (1-10, 0-2) 9-0, 10-2 (5 innings) in an AMCC Conference game at Redhawks Field. The win is La Roche's sixth in a row to give them a 6-0 record in the AMCC Conference.

Starting pitcher Kara Jo Egelsky pitched her fifth complete game of the season to get the game one win. She threw seven scoreless innings allowing only five hits while striking out a season-high thirteen batters.

Ashley Baron went 3 for 4 with two doubles, four RBI and a run scored. Chelsea Faynor finished with three hits and Sydnie Martin added two hits.

Kelsey Deem went 3 for 4 with two home runs, four RBI, and three runs scored to lead the Lady Redhawks to a 10-2 win in game two.

Starting pitcher Deanna Tritinger threw four strong innings allowing two runs on five hits. Samantha Colton did not allow a run or hit in an inning of relief work.

Amber Steenbeke recorded three RBI and Ashley Baron added two RBI in the win.

The Lady Redhawks will travel to Pitt-Bradford on Sunday, April 10 at 1:00PM for a double-header against the Panthers.
