ERIE, PA – Reigning AMCC Defensive Player of the Week, Ralene Zajac, made eight saves but the Lady Redhawks (2-3-3) could not reach the back of the net as they lost to Penn St. Behrend (5-3-1) 1-0 in AMCC Conference action on Saturday.

La Roche held the host Lions scoreless for the first seventy-four minutes before Penn St. Behrend's Heather Klimuzka scored the only goal of the game.

The Lady Redhawks defensive corps of Katherine Golebie, Morgan Whitney and Sarah Stierer played excellent defensively and Stierer, Maria DiPerna, and Nicole Ferraco, each had a shot on goal.

La Roche women's soccer will host Mt. Aloysius College on Tuesday at 4:00PM. Last season the Lady Redhawks downed Mt. Aloysius 5-0.
