PITTSBURGH, PA – La Roche goalkeeper, Ralene Zajac, recorded her fifth shutout of the season and her third in a row as the Lady Redhawks (4-4-4, 2-2-1) and Pitt Bradford (9-2-1, 3-1-1) played to a 0-0 draw in AMCC Conference play on Saturday. The draw is their fourth this season.
Zajac made six saves in the draw and Katherine Golebie, Sarah Stierer, and Kelsey Vranesevic played solid defense in front of her.
Lindsey McKay led the Redhawks with three shots on goal and Bethanie Moreschi and Nicole Ferraco added two apiece.
The Lady Redhawks will host Carlow University on Tuesday at 4:00PM. Carlow is an NAIA institution and a member of the American Mideast Conference. Last season, La Roche downed the Celtics 5-2 at Founder's Field in Indiana Township, PA.
