La Roche women's soccer was picked to finish sixth in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference preseason poll released today.

The Lady Redhawks finished the 2011-2012 campaign with a berth in their fifteenth consecutive AMCC Conference Tournament and return almost all of last year's team.

Three seniors lead the way this year including Katherine Golebie and Bethanie Moreschi who were selected as AMCC Conference Players to Watch.

Golebie is a 2-time AMCC All-Conference performer as the Lady Redhawks sweeper. She earned third team honors last season and first team honors her sophomore year. Golebie will be a captain for the second consecutive season.

Moreschi is a 3-time AMCC All-Conference performer (One First Team Selection, Two Second Team Selections) and ranks among the Lady Redhawks all-time leading scorers. She currently ranks third in school history in goals (52 goals) and points (129 points).
