GREENSBURG, pa – La Roche Women's Volleyball (4-10) took Pitt-Greensburg (3-13) to the wire but could not overcome a 2-1 deficit falling to the host Bobcats 3-2 (25-21, 19-25, 25-13, 21-25, 17-15) in an AMCC Conference match. The Lady Redhawks had a season high forty-nine kills including twenty-two by freshman Shawn Neiswonger. Freshman Emily Foust recorded twenty-three assists and senior Veronica Sheehan added eighteen in the loss. Three Lady Redhawks reached double figures in digs. La Roche Women's Volleyball will return to action against Penn State Fayette on Thursday, October 7th at 7:00PM at the Kerr Fitness Center.
