Coach Bajuszik is in her fifth season as head coach of the women's volleyball program. Prior to becoming the head coach, she served five seasons as the primary assistant coach.

Coach Bajuszik has been extremely successful in her four seasons as head coach. In 2014, she led the Lady Redhawks to their first playoff berth in fifteen years and won the program's first-ever AMCC Tournament game. The team matched their performance in 2015-2016 when they defeated Penn State Behrend and Pitt-Greensburg in the AMCC Tournament Quarterfinal.

Coach Bajuszik has coached nine All-Conference performers including four First-Teamers. She was also named the 2014 AMCC Coach of the Year.

Coach Bajuszik played volleyball for Butler County Community College where she captained her team to the NJCAA Nationals and ranked 5th among junior colleges. She received various awards such as MVP, All-State, and All-Region honors. She finished her playing career at La Roche College where she was also a captain, AMCC All-Conference, and ranked 3rd in the AMCC in setting.

Coach Bajuszik lives in Saxonburg, PA with her three kids and husband.
