Appeared and started in three games, scoring his first LRU goal against Bethany on Sept. 6 and added an assist in that same game.
Prior to LRU:
Madzimbamuto attended Juniata College, where he appeared in 32 games, making 26 starts. He took 41 shots over his two seasons, placed 22 on net, scored five goals and added a pair of assists. Madzimbamuto earned First Team All-Landmark honors once and was 2021 Landmark Conference Rookie of the Year.
High School:
Madzimbamuto attended St. Thomas More High School where he was a member of the 2020 SENE Championship team. He also competed in tennis, where he was Team MVP.
Academically, he earned the Principal Award and was a member of the Honor Roll.
Personal:
Madzimbamuto is the son of Fadzai Madzimbamuto and Jacek Tomasik. He has two siblings, Michael Madzimbamuto and Joseph Tomasik.
His mother, Fadzai was a professional tennis player and his biological father, Tito Paketh, was a professional soccer player for Bulawayo Rockets, Olympics FC, Old Miltonians and Highlanders FC.
Madzimbamuto is pursuing a degree in information technology with a minor in marketing.
